Stewardship is not a fundraising program. It is a way of life, an acknowledgment that everything we have is a gift from God, held in trust for His purposes.
Time
Offering our time means participating in the life of the parish, attending services, volunteering, being present for one another as a community of faith.
Talent
Every skill, gift, and ability comes from God. The choir, the altar servers, the teachers, the cooks, all participate in building up the Body of Christ.
Treasure
Financial giving supports the mission of Saint Nicholas, the clergy, the building, the ministries, and our witness to the wider Joliet community.

Help Us Preserve St. Nicholas Church
Our parish must complete essential roof work at a total cost of $38,000. Through the generosity of six parish households, $8,650 has already been raised, leaving $29,350 still needed.
As a small parish, we cannot accomplish this without the help of our faithful, former parishioners, friends, and neighbors. Every contribution, large or small, will help protect our church and preserve it as a place of Orthodox worship, prayer, and fellowship for future generations.
