Fourth Sunday of Lent — March 22, 2026

This past Sunday, we gathered in our community for the Fourth Sunday of Lent. As we walked alongside Jesus on his journey to the cross, we were reminded of the importance of faith, perseverance, and hope (Hebrews 6:13-20). In today’s Gospel reading from Mark 9:17-31, Jesus asked a father if he had seen any good in his son, despite being possessed by a spirit that made him do evil things. This poignant story calls us to question our own faith and trust in God’s love and care for each of us.

In addition to the spiritual reflection, we celebrated several important milestones in our community: Holy Baptism for Brian Smith, Jacob Smith, Josh Smith, and Joscelyn Smith; Happy Birthday wishes for Nikolay Terentiev on March 23rd, David Daniluk & Sophia Connolly on March 29th. May these special occasions be a reminder of the love and joy that surrounds us all.
